Development of Scalable EHR-Based Screening for Undiagnosed Systemic Mastocytosis

Purpose: This study has four aims. They are:

• Identify Systemic Mastocytosis (SM) patients in Penn Medicine and describe their EHR data
• Establish a single-site Eletronic Health Record (EHR) prediction model to patients with undiagnosed SM
• Prospectively evaluate single-site EHR prediction model for undiagnosed SM
• Develop and validate approach for effectively transferring an SM prediction model across diverse healthcare practices
