INfluenza Vaccine to Effectively Stop Cardio Thoracic Events & Decompensated heart failure (INVESTED)

Project Summary: INVESTED assessed whether high-dose influenza vaccine compared with standard dose vaccine will reduce cardiopulmonary events in a high-risk cardiovascular population. The study found that the high-dose vaccine was not more effective to reduce death or cardiopulmonary hospitalizations among high cardiovascular risk patients.
