Pediatric patient portals and proxy access, use and perspectives: a quantitative and qualitative examination

Purpose: This project seeks to review current literature around digital technology-enabled healthcare and to build upon it by concentrating upstream of the current literature on telehealth by focusing attention on the steps to take which enable telehealth: use of a patient healthcare portal. This project also aims to pay special attention to pediatric healthcare via a digital interface as pediatrics comes with a unique set of challenges regarding the use of digital tools.
